Doing my favorite chest routine as a mating ritual for my wife (Feb 2, 2022)

This is favorite bench chest routine since I got a multi-grip bar.
1. Warm up with 2 sets 8 reps of 135
2. Heavy Bench 2 rep sets until you hit your 2 rep max
3. 2 sets of 135 of on the multi-grip bar with 8 reps on each position (widest to narrowest)
4. 4 sets of 40 incline plate press. Squeeze hard and fully extend. Go lighter if you can't keep a solid squeeze and full extension
