How to make Sautéed Zucchini and Carrots

Sautéed Zucchini and Carrots are a great Vegetable duo, a perfect side dish to Chicken, Steak or Seafood.

Sautéed Zucchini & Carrots
Ingredients:
2 Zucchinis
2 cups Carrots, chopped
Salt
Pepper
1/2 tsp dried minced Onion
1 tsp Oregano
1 tbsp Oil

Wash and chop Carrots bite sized.
Cut Ends of Zucchinis off.
Rub Ends against Zucchinis to remove bitterness, wipe off.
Cut Zucchinis lengthwise and slice bite-sized half-moons.
Combine Zucchini & Carrot Pieces in a bowl.
Season with Onion, Oregano and a Pinch of Salt & Pepper each.
Mix well.
Heat Oil in a large Skillet on med/high heat.
Sauté Vegetable Mixture until tender (to your liking)
Enjoy!
