So that's quite well I'm excited about that too my chest has stayed the same my quads have stayed the same so i really can't have any um complaint with that As I was explaining when my legs did shrink I figured that what majority was I was tempted to train him here with not as much equipment due to my injuries and the other things I've got in my quads I need to isolate them more and hit them with a higher amount of volume So I've been going to the gym and that's been fixing that problem I've got So I could fix that problem and train at home I'd probably need 2 or 3 different pieces of gym equipment then I could just train at home legs as well So that's basically why there was that fluctuation between that legs during that time
