Bill Maher Flummoxed By MSNBC Pulling 'Morning Joe' Off The Air: 'You Can't Trust Your Journalists?'

Posted • July 20, 2024: Bill Maher asks the panel why Morning Joe was taken off the air the Monday after the Trump assassination attempt: -- Maher: "They pulled the show off the air Monday because they were afraid someone on the show would say something untoward." -- Byron Donalds: "Have they not the watched the show for the last 8 years?" -- Maher: "You can't trust your journalists? How could the people trust in these journalists if the network itself can't trust them to go on the air and not fuck it up. You can't be respectful?" -- If you subject yourself to watching Morning Joe like myself, then you would know they called Trump 'Hitler' every week for the past 8 years. So the network was not right to trust them. I watch them for the unintentional comedy, but even Bill Maher thinks your pathetic if you get your news from Morning Joe. (…)
