68 Republicans Urge Supreme Court to let South Carolina Defund Planned Parenthood

Sixty-eight Republican members of Congress signed onto an amicus brief filed July 5 in support of South Carolina’s right to exclude Planned Parenthood and other abortion businesses from the state Medicaid program.
