For the longest time, I had been eating turkey bacon and chicken sausages for breakfast. I was raised to eat this and every American breakfast restaurant will serve these basic foods as part of breakfast. Recently, I discovered the nutritional value of tuna and it changed my diet forever!

In this video I want to share with you the value of adding tuna into your diet and the way I made it palatable to eat 1-3 times a week.
