Homestead Hog Butchering - Evisceration

We slaughtered our own hogs on the homestead. This video is for journaling purposes only and not meant to be authoritative.

This was our first time eviscerating a hog and while it could have been done in a more technical manner, we did manage to get the job done which I suppose is all that counts.
