Homestead Hog Butchering - Skinning

We slaughtered our own hogs on the homestead. This video is for journaling purposes only and not meant to be authoritative.

Our total skinning experience is 4 hogs. Two butchered two years ago as a student and the two butchered this year. (Two of the hogs show in the video were raised for a family member who had a professional butcher his hogs.)
