Spanish Secret! Oven-Grilled Sardines (Sardinas al Horno) 🇪🇸

Ingredients: - Sardines, fresh

- Red spicy chiles - Peppercorns - Olive oil - Oregano
- Lemon
- Black pepper and salt

Procedure: 1. Give the fresh sardines a good wash and drain. Add oregano, crushed black pepper, and salt to the area.
2. Brush a baking pan or dish with olive oil. Place seared sardines on a plate. Add the black peppercorns, chopped red chili pepper, smashed garlic, and half of the lemon. Then, place lemon wedges in between the sardines. While you wait for the oven to get up to cooking temperature, cover with plastic wrap and leave aside to quickly marinate.
3. Adjust the oven's temperature to 250ºC. Take off the plastic wrap and bake for ten to fifteen minutes, but it's better to gauge the cooking time by sight. Savor it with cold beer and steaming rice!
