Time to Kill (1942)
"Time to Kill" is an American mystery film released in 1942, directed by Herbert I. Leeds. The plot follows private detective Michael Shayne as he is hired to recover a rare coin known as the Brasher Doubloon. His investigation leads him into a web of murder, blackmail, and deceit, forcing him to confront dangerous criminals and unravel the truth behind the stolen coin. The film stars Lloyd Nolan as Michael Shayne, Heather Angel as his love interest, and Doris Merrick as the femme fatale.
