Ingredients:
Crust:

1 package Oreo cookies (approx. 36 cookies)
6 tablespoons butter, melted
Cream Cheese Layer:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 1/4 cups Cool Whip or whipped topping
Pudding Layer:

2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
3 1/4 cups cold milk
Topping:

1 1/2 cups Cool Whip or whipped topping
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:

Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and using a rolling pin.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with melted butter and mix well.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form an even crust. Place in the refrigerator to set while preparing the next layer.
Cream Cheese Layer:

In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk, and beat until well combined.
Fold in the Cool Whip or whipped topping until the mixture is smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
Pudding Layer:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and 3 1/4 cups cold milk until the mixture begins to thicken.
Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer, smoothing it out with a spatula.
Topping:

Spread the remaining Cool Whip or whipped topping over the chocolate pudding layer.
Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings evenly over the top.
Chill and Serve:

Refrigerate the chocolate lasagna for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Tips:
For added texture, you can sprinkle chopped nuts, such as pecans or walnuts, on top along with the chocolate chips.
