Ingredients:
2 pounds baby potatoes, halved or quartered if large
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Potatoes:

Wash and dry the baby potatoes. Halve or quarter them if they are large.
Mix the Seasoning:
