Bubuh Sumsum, is a Balinese style Green porridge served with fresh grated coconut and palm sugar syrup. Fluffy and totally yummy, the green colour comes from Suji leaves, a popular edible leaf here in Bali which is normally used to add a green colour to many Balinese desserts. Bubuh Sumsum is often served as a breakfast in my home town Gianyar or just for snacking. I hope you enjoy the video, Matur Suksma 🙏🏽😊
