Today, on day 160 of my sobriety journey, I delve into Chris Webby's "Raw Thoughts V." While I usually steer clear of politics, there are times when a song resonates so strongly that I have to share it. Chris Webby is an artist I admire for his straightforward and unapologetic lyrics. I'm feeling a bit tired from lack of sleep as I adjust my schedule for work. It's not as easy to shift my sleep patterns as I get older, especially when I'm used to waking up with the sun.

We are approaching an amazing milestone of 700 subscribers! The next big marker will be six months of sobriety. Today, I feel a deep sense of gratitude for my sobriety and the support from all of you.
