The full meeting of the Fairfield County Commissioners' weekly meeting for July 16, 2024.

The meeting began with an update on county transit services. Then a Listen & Learn Facilities and Mid-Year Capital Projects update with EMA and Facilities Director, Jon Kochis. https://www.fairfieldema.com/

Public Comments began at 21:26 and ran through 25:35 with a group from Citizens for Fair Fields came to speak with Joshua Berry of Walnut Township speaking for the group and again asking for the Commissioners to act on the draft resolution presented to Commission four weeks ago; specifically prohibiting what is known as the Eastern Cottontail Project citing provisions within Ohio Senate Bill 52. The group is asking for action within the existing 90-day pre-application status window. (https://citizensforfairfields.org/).

The remainder of the meeting were items related to the regular Legal Update and County Administrative Update(s) and the commission's "voting pattern".
