Any “suspicious person” would have been immediately confronted, pulled aside, and searched. The rooftop would have had personnel on top of it, as it was a prime spot for a shooter. No one with a ladder would have gone unnoticed. The time it took to crawl across the roof exposed and not being shot is ludicrous. This was an inside job. 100%
