Pork Roll Egg & Cheese Sandwich | Blackstone Griddles
For Jeremy and Sean, two kids from New Jersey, the ultimate camping breakfast is a pork roll, egg, and cheese sandwich. Today, they are spicing it up with honey habanero hot sauce and pepper jack cheese.

Ingredients
1 (6 oz) pack of Taylor Pork Roll (or substitute with Spam)
¼ lb of Pepper Jack cheese
2 eggs
2 hard rolls
Ketchup
Hank Sauce Honey Habanero Hot Sauce (or hot sauce of your choice)
Blackstone Spicy Brown Sugar Seasoning
Directions
1. Prepare the sauce mix. For a spicy sauce, use equal parts ketchup and hot sauce. For a milder sauce, use ⅔ ketchup and ⅓ hot sauce.
2. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
3. Cook the eggs using circular egg rings and add a generous sprinkle of Spicy Brown Sugar Seasoning on top.
4. Cut 3-4 half-inch slits into each pork roll slice to prevent curling.
5. Cook all 8 slices of pork roll (4 slices per sandwich) on the griddle for approximately 3 minutes on each side.
6. Stack the cooked pork roll slices into two stacks of four slices each and top with Pepper Jack cheese. Use a collapsible basting dome to quicken the melting.
7. Toast the hard rolls directly on the griddle until golden brown.
8. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the egg on the bottom half of each roll, then adding the stack of pork roll and cheese on top.
9. Sprinkle extra spicy brown sugar seasoning to taste and add liberal amounts of the ketchup and hot sauce mix.
