Floods disrupt traffic and strand cattle in China

Several cities in China's Shaanxi province were lashed by torrential rain, inundating streets in villages and disrupting traffic, as the extreme storms that battered the south this summer shifted to the central and northern provinces, state broadcaster CCTV reported on Wednesday (July 17).
