PROBLEM: Toxic Ketchup; SOLUTION: DIY HOME MADE KETCHUP
Heinz uses genetically modified tomatoes along with HFCS. These factors disrupt proper liver function, raise blood sugar & can increase risk of weight gain, obesity, heart disease, diabetes and a weakened immune system.
DIY HOME MADE KETCHUP:
• Blend one 28-oz can of whole tomatoes
• Add to a saucepan
• Toss in 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• Stir & simmer for 5 min
• Pour into jar for everyday use
