vnex_cracks Scam or Not?

After years July 4, 2020 of trying to regain access to my YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@HRIservicesllcSturgeonBay with no help from anyone at YouTube, I turned to what I thought was a scam but thought for $40 what the hell give it a whirl. But I don’t like being taken advantage of so I thought I would put this video together explaining the situation. These are all basically screenshots of my conversation with the personnel at vnex_cracks Support Services. Are they a scam you be the judge, they first tell me to send the money PayPal “Friends & Family” they give me a bogus email address gracekosgei937@gmail.com that PayPal does not recognize and would not send a payment to, then tell me to send them an Amazon gift card but don’t give me an email address, and then in the next text they tell me “using vnex_cracks@gmail.com provide us with a screenshot so we can verify in our database”. So I did that I sent $40 to that email address. If they wanted me to send the gift card to that address it should have been in the same first text as the gift card discussion.
