In this episode I got to meet with Olivia. She's a trail-blazing entrepreneur and passionate advocate for seniors and all others dealing with brain health conditions most commonly known as dementia and what you'd most likely recognize as Alzheimer's dis-ease. Brain health is Olivia's life focus and obsession because of all she's learned in the area, and we are blessed to have her here sharing her deep well of knowledge and tips to aid us on our quest for health and cognizance.
Not only all this, but she's got platinum standard character and I so enjoyed getting into deep conversation regarding caring for our elder community and highlighting the importance of being involved and volunteering to help in any way we can.
