The Vitacilina has formed a skin with pus. I scraped it off with a wet rag, used the green tea & cucumber wipe as a light astringent then let it dry for an hour. Afterward I applied Aquaphor.

In my research I have discovered that components of Neosporin can cause liver damage. So using neosporin regularly on a dog wound if you can't prevent them from licking it off is probably a bad choice.
