Feather grass

This summer is very hot and dry. But this is exactly the kind of weather the feather grass loves. This wild herb grows very well in a large garden. Nature makes good weather for this.

When gardening, I don’t pay attention to feather grass. But I don’t pull out the feather grass. I deliberately left a corner of wildlife in the large garden. In my opinion, feather grass is a beautiful wild grass. What do you think?

There is even a tradition. People in our region, in order to decorate their rural life, pick feather grass and place it in vases at home. Dry feather grass does not lose its beauty and can stand in vases without water for years! More profitable than garden flowers that dry out quickly. And these flowers have to be thrown away.. Isn’t it?
