Cod Fritters ( enough for 20 )
500g Desalted Cod
450g Potatos (red potato)
1 small Onion (80g)
25ml Sweet wine (I’m using Moscatel from my hometown)
3 Eggs
1 Tsp garlic paste
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp onion powder
50ml Fish stock
1 Tsp dark soy sauce
Salt
Parsley
Sweet chili sauce:
250 ml Water
1 Tbs Chilli Flakes
2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 Tsp Ginger paste
1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup honey
½ Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp White Vinegar
Cornflour 1 Tbsp + Water 2 Tbsp
