Daily Motivation - Lipton's educational background includes a B.A. in biology from Long Island University's C.W. Post Campus (1966) and a Ph.D. in developmental biology from the University of Virginia (1971). His career path shifted from traditional medicine to alternative approaches. After teaching anatomy at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine (1973-1982), he joined St. George's University School of Medicine for three years in the same role. During the 1980s, Lipton's beliefs transitioned from atheism to a theistic view, finding evidence for God's existence in cellular function. Since 1993, his teaching focus has been on alternative and chiropractic institutions, including the New Zealand College of Chiropractic.
