Major Disney Security Breach | Hackers Allegedly Stole 1.1TB of Data

A hacker group that calls itself Nullbulge claimed to have stolen around 1.1TB of data from Disney and are holding it for ransom.

This data breach is allegedly the result of the hacker group gaining access to Disney’s internal Slack messaging. Such a method has been used before, notably in 2022 when a hacker group stole files from Rockstar Studios regarding their upcoming release Grand Theft Auto VI. Disney has faced cyber attacks like this in the past, similar to any other company. Back in 2017 a group claimed to have stolen an early version of Pirates of the Caribbean and threatened to release it if Disney didn’t pay a ransom.
