In this week's WGN Weekend Morning News Sunday Brunch with Sean Lewis, Chef Abel Cortes of Santo Cielo in Naperville makes shrimp tostadas. Santo Cielo is part of the Bien Trucha Group, which operates several restaurants in Chicago's western suburbs and will soon be opening its first fast-casual location, called Sweetchilango, in downtown Wheaton.
