Aug. 19, 1964 - Sen. John Pastore (D-R.I.), who will deliver the keynote address to the Democratic National Convention in Atlantic City, N.J., next Monday night, took a sneak preview of the convention hall facilities today.
Sen. Pastore, visiting the huge convention hall for the first time, commented: “It’s fabulous.”
