Donald Trump shot in right ear at campaign rally; shooter killed

Shots were fired at US' former President Donald Trump's rally in Pennsylvania with the Republican Presidential candidate saying that the bullet pierced the upper part of his right ear. The shooter was dead, one rally attendee was killed and two other spectators were injured, the Secret Service said in a statement. "Much bleeding took place," Trump added.
