INGREDIENTS:
20-25 plain tea biscuits (you can take plain cake, cake rusk aswell)
4 mangoes (blend them into purée)
1 can evaporated milk (160 ml)
200 ml whipping cream (I used dream whip, you can use whippy whip, olpers)

METHOD:
Whip the cream for 7-8 minutes until soft peaks are formed.Add 1 n half cups mangopurée in the whipping cream. Give it a mix. In a dish, put two layers of biscuits, add evaporated milk just to soak them, add mango purée, then add prepared mango cream, repeat the process one more time. Top it with some more mangoes and make swirls as shown. Put in the freezer for an hour or two, serve chilled and enjoy
