UN warns Gaza Strip 'too dangerous' for aid distribution as Palestinians go hungry | DW News

Israel says it is taking steps to increase the flow of aid into the Gaza Strip through the port of Ashdod. But tons of supplies have piled up on the Gaza side of Israeli-controlled border crossings. The UN says it is unable to collect them for distribution, as Israeli military operations against Hamas make it too dangerous to move around.
