Steps:

00:07 Teleport to the waypoint in Wrymrest Valley then head south to the Entombed City Outskirts area, or just teleport to the waypoint near the target location. NOTE: This will be the location of Cryo Hypostasis after finishing the quest.

01:45 Solve the Cryo Elemental Tower puzzle. There are 5 Cryo Towers and a Pyro Seelie. Follow the Seelie's direction on how you will activate the towers. If incorrectly followed, the puzzle will reset. Correct: Left>Upper Right>Lower Right>Upper Left>Middle

02:30 Collect the chest and the sleeping 2 Ruin Guards will be activated. They will be followed by Ruin Grader once both are defeated. Defeat also the Grader.

02:47 Enter the hole that was damaged by the fallen Grader. Follow the Pyro Seelie to its court.

03:32 You can thaw the shard using the first 3 Scarlet Quartz in the area

04:23 2nd Seelie is located in an ice near the stele with Ancient Carvings. It will unlock a gated cave where the fourth Scarlet Quartz is located.

05:00 Collect the fourth Scarlet Quartz to thaw the shard for the last time. Also don't forget to collect all the chests.

Defeating the activated Graders are optional but better if you defeat them.
