I Think I Figured Out Why I Couldn't Renew My Philippines Visa Online (But Not Sure)

The last time I tried to renew my Philippines visa online, it kept getting rejected for some unknown reason. The glitch cost me an overnight trip to Cebu City to visit the immigration office. I may have figured out why.
