INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
half cup milk
1 cup flour(maida)
1 n half tSp baking powder
4 Tbsp chocolate powder ( Milo/ovaltine)
Half cup cocoa powder
half tsp vanilla powder or extract

Method:
Preheat oven at 180c Grease an 8 inch loaf pan with oil, or add parchment paper. In a blender add oil ,sugar,eggs, milk and mix. Then add flour(sieve it) ,baking powder, milo, cocoa powder add vanilla powder/extract, mix everything. Dont overmix. Now add batter into the pan. Tap the pan twice to get rid of air bubbles. (Make a slit in the middle of the batter with a knife and pour 1 tsp melted butter in it, to have a nice look) Bake at 180c for 35-40 minutes till a skewer comes out clean.

Take it out, let it cool completely, cut into slices and enjoyyyy with your Chai/coffee.
You can add nuts of your choice in this cake too.
