Fasting for 4days 3 nights.
Wednesday ends on Saturday until 86Hrs are up.
Did a first day nothing but water (24hrs) and the second day (48 hrs) implemented chicken broth. Absolutely zero sugar calories and does have protein. Along with electrolytes (must) that have Zero sugar zero calories. With water through the day. Keep going into you finish your day.
