Dino Crisis (ディノクライシス) in Japan, is a game released in 1999 for Playstation by Capcom. Created by the same director of Resident Evil, Shinji Mikami. The game follows the same element, only differentiating the antagonist, who now, instead of hungry humans, are animals thirsty for blood.[1] Dino Crisis was originally released in July 1999 for the PlayStation platform. Having other versions for DreamCast, Microsoft Windows and PlayStation Network. The main character is Regina. History The game tells the story of a rescue unit called S.O.R.T., who has to go to an unknown island called Ibis. Scientist Edward Kirk, a world authority on energy research, apparently died three years ago 2006. In fact, he is alive and working with a research group on an isolated island, when the government finds out, they send a group to bring Kirk back to your country of origin. The scientist developed an energy source called Third Energy. The agents parachute (one of them - Cooper - dies right at the beginning, after landing and being swallowed by a T-Rex) and discover that the place is full of dinosaurs, and that almost all the workers have been killed. When they meet Dr. Kirk, he reveals to them that Third Energy is capable of transporting objects and beings to any time, and that the reason those dinosaurs are there is because depending on the amount of energy used, it is even possible to travel through time. Regina and her team Gail and Rick must rescue him and return safely to the Continent. There are three endings to this game, one of which is the incineration of 25% of Ibis Island.
