Welcome to our 🔴 LIVE COVERAGE of the third day of the highly anticipated trial of #AlecBaldwin. The actor faces charges of involuntary manslaughter following the tragic shooting of cinematographer #HalynaHutchins on the set of the movie #Rust on October 21, 2021.

#HannahGutierrez, who was convicted as armorer for #RustMovie, is anticipated to testify TODAY. She was recently sentenced to 18-months in prison for her involvement in the shooting. However, she can plead the fifth for much of her testimony. If the state finds her uncooperative, they can add time to her sentence. This should be interesting. We will continue with testimony from Corporal Alexandria Hancock of the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office.

Alec Baldwin, who was both the lead actor and one of the producers on Rust, allegedly discharged a firearm during scene blocking, resulting in the fatal incident. The trial will delve into the circumstances surrounding the event, including safety protocols on set and Baldwin's role in the incident.
