You will love this easy to make but super delicious Pan Seared Cod dish!
See Ingredients & Recipe below:

Ingredients:
1 Cod loin fillet - 6 to 8 oz.
2 tbsp olive oil
3 pods of garlic - minced
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp dry basil-oregano mix
8 cherry tomatoes
1 tsp capers
Salt, crushed black pepper & red chili powder to taste

Cooking Instructions:
Season Cod loin/fillet with salt, crushed black pepper & red chili powder
Heat a frying pan/skillet. Once hot add olive oil
Once oil is hot sear cod on medium flame for 2 minutes/side
Remove seared cod from pan, set aside
Now add butter to same frying pan
Add lemon juice once butter melts
Toss is dry basil-oregano mix. Mix well
Next add cherry tomatoes to the pan. Let them blister for 3 minutes
Then add capers & place seared cod back to the pan
Slather lemon-butter with spoon all over the cod fillet
