"In their internal discussion up to March 26th 2021 they had been accruing from their passive monitoring system...one week they went public.
And what these communications showed is they had 144 severe adverse events that have been submitted to their passive monitoring system in British Columbia that they were all discussing internally. And when they went public with it one week later that number was slashed to 26.
And we now know from looking at this 1312 report...you know how they slashed it from 144 to 26 when they went public. They redefined a severe adverse event and they redefined it by removing all kinds of very severe adverse events. Meningitis, inflammation, swelling of the brain, that is not a non-serious event...
That number 14.4 that I saw on the table, whether it's total or per 10,000 or 100,000 children here in the province, when I see our public health agencies failing to disclose the proper data, when they are withholding that and when they are manipulating the data for the public to see.
This is a problem I have as a scientist, I don't want to know what the exact number is because I don't trust it. I honestly don't trust it..."
