What do you do when your political views have changed and friends on FB or Insta reach out to ask ..

Friends who have not contacted me in 3, 4, 5, 6 years who are in my opinion are not even actual friends more like acquaintances or people I have worked with have all of a sudden because I finally got the courage to speak out about how my political views have changed on social media are contacting me via text or email to ask if my account has been hacked or gee are you some MAGA Supporter.. I find it rude and disrespectful.. They do not ask .. How are you? How have you been the last 5 years? Or anything.. just selfishly asking questions to soothe their addled brains.. Thoughts?
