In a dramatic twist, YouTuber Keemstar has stepped in to offer his expertise in setting up a boxing match between Vara Dark and Kotaku Senior Editor Alyssa Mercante through his Happy Punch Promotions. Keemstar, known for organizing several successful boxing events, made a generous offer to facilitate the bout. However, Alyssa Mercante rudely declined, stating she didn't like Keemstar and that no morally corrupt person should profit off her. Is this her way of backing out of the challenge issued by Vara Dark? Let's dive into the full story.

Alyssa Mercante, a prominent figure in the gaming industry, recently made explosive comments during an appearance on Giant Bomb’s YouTube channel. In an unexpected turn of events, she went on a rant about toxicity in the gaming community, even challenging gamers to a physical fight if they disagreed with her views.

Mercante shared a clip of her appearance, saying, “I want people in the industry to be a little bit louder about people being mean to others and maybe say it’s not a good thing. Maybe say we don’t want you around if you’re going to be a ct and hateful. The games industry is naturally diverse, not because anyone is making it diverse, but because the world is diverse, you stupid motherfer. And if you have a problem with that, come fight me, physically, b**h.”

Oddly, after issuing this challenge, one of the other individuals in the room asked if anyone had taken her up on it. She responded, “No, because they’re all p*****s.”

In a bold move, YouTuber Vara Dark accepted Mercante’s challenge. After the video was posted, Vara Dark wrote on X, “Can’t hit up this little b***h who's hiding behind a block so send me a DM and let’s talk match details. Let’s do one better and lay it out publicly. Winner gets $1k, loser has to put up content publicly announcing their loss (an article from you, a video from me) and what, 3 months for a venue and train?”

Interestingly, Keemstar, who has experience in organizing high-profile boxing matches, offered to help set up the fight through his Happy Punch Promotions. Despite his willingness to assist, Mercante rudely declined, stating she didn’t like him and that no morally corrupt person should profit off her. This response has led many to believe she might be backing down from her own challenge, perhaps scared to face Vara Dark in the ring.
