In this episode, my friend David Hunter Bishop (Globetrotter/Author) shares how he beat COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), which is classified as an incurable, progressive, terminal disease, by changing certain aspects of his lifestyle including diet, exercise and becoming an Anti-Smoke Warrior.

COPD is the 3rd leading cause of death worldwide, killing 3.23 million people every year. He was diagnosed in Malaysia in 2019 and since changing up his lifestyle, he has not suffered any exacerbations and has experienced a complete remission. He recently took an X-Ray and a CT scan and the doctors could not find anything! :D He has experienced a complete remission, which is amazing!

Here, he shares the diet (Nuts, Beans, Grains and Greens) and exercise program that he follows to this day that helped him overcome COPD and shares his insights on health, retirement and fitness.

He has developed a comprehensive system of health called FEBS, which encompasses Flexibility, Endurance, Balance and Strength and takes us through how he uses this system to maintain his fitness at age 72.

Also in the episode, he shares how he was able to lose 60 lbs in 5 years and the motivation and mindset that helped him to accomplish this amazing feat!

Lastly, David shares a few beautiful and insightful stories about how he started traveling, and shares a few funny moments from his time on the road as well.

This is one that you definitely want to tune in to!
