Hate to break it to you, but ALL GRAINS ARE INFLAMMATORY! That means oats, quinoa and other "healthy" whole grains! I know I'm not going to win any popularity contest here, but I gotta be honest with you... every time you reach for the bread and pasta, you're putting your health at risk. Here's why....
