Non-Biological Factors in Depression: Diet

Clinical depression is becoming a major problem for an increasing portion of society. While there are medical treatments that can assist, there are also some things that we can do as individuals to reduce the frequency and impact of this modern plague.

Diet is not something that immediately comes to mind when we think of the problem of depression. However, several recent studies published in distinguished scientific journals are pointing to a connection between the types of food that we eat and depression.
