Bernhard explored deeply into a journey of self-discovery and healing which lead him to spiritual/psychological self-work and the Healing Arts, studying and practicing Yoga, Qi Gong, Meditation, Dance, Psychology, Shamanism, as well as various spiritual and ancient esoteric teachings.
