Release date: 1966
Album: A Bluenose Song Book

This easterner was born in 1930 in Joggins, Nova Scotia. The son of a coal miner, he also worked the mines. After losing a relative in the big mine disaster he wrote a song called "The Spring Hill Mine Disaster".

Eddie started singing at 14. He wrote and composed his own material which included over 80 songs to his credit. This was his first of two albums (that I know of).
