It's very irritating when the weights start coming loose during bicep curls or any other excercise at the gym, almost like it takes the wind out of your sails. It's even more terrifying if it starts happening while you're doing any exercise above your head, like shoulder presses or even bench press with dumbbells. Probably would take a lot more movement for the weights to actually fall off the bars, but still, it's very distracting. Is there a way to fix it? Well the good folks online give us a gym hack, but I also try two of my own possible fixes, one being the TROJAN SPRING CLIPS. In the process we find out something very interesting about barbell bars! Not all of them are the same.
