Covid-19 is disease. You can test positive for the virus and not have a disease.

Dr. Byram Bridle: "Covid-19 is disease. You can test positive for the virus and not have a disease...many children got infected with SARS CoV2 and never got Covid-19because they're able to clear the infection before they got the disease.
So if we're talking about cases of Covid-19, you're talking about disease. People had to be sick...
Yet the vast majority of our cases were based simply on a positive PCR test result and I can tell you as an expert, that might or might not mean that they had Covid-19.
And we even have open admissions from where I live in Ontario, from our public health agency, where they had to admit on many days the majority of hospitalizations, ICU admissions and deaths were not due to Covid-19, they now say it was due to some other clinical condition but with Covid-19.
And even that is misleading the public because it's not with Covid-19, what they actually mean is with a positive PCR test result, which means they may or may not have had Covid-19."
