Singapore Laksa is a delicious heavily fragrant noodle dish I think from Southern Asia. Unique flavours combine to make such a comforting spicy combination 😋 Hope you enjoy the video. Happy cooking and Happy Easter 🐣

Ingredients:
Chilli Sambal :
10 gr dried chillis - soaked in hot water for 30 minutes
2 big red chillis remove the seeds
2 pcs (20 gr) shallots
1 pcs (5 gr) garlic
1/2 tsp roasted shrimp paste or you can grill it on top of the hob for 5 to 10 seconds
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp vegetable oil

You will need a blender for the ingredients:
10 gr dried chillies soaked in hot water for 30 minutes
2 pcs big red Chillies remove the seeds
7 pcs (80 gr) shallots
3 pcs (15 gr) garlic
1/2 cm (7 gr) ginger
1 cm (5 gr) turmeric
1 cm (15 gr) galangal
1 tsp roasted shrimp paste or you can grill it on the top of the hob for 5 to 10 seconds
1 pcs lemongrass
2 tsp coriander seeds
1/4 tsp white peppercorns
3 pcs candlenut
1/3 cup fresh water

Other ingredients:
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp ginger torch (kecombrang) if you have laksa leaves please use laksa leaves
30 gr dried prawns finely chopped
500 ml coconut milk made from 1 medium coconut mix with 400 ml of freshwater
1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

For the prawns stock and poached prawns:
12 pcs more or less prawns
750 ml water
Pinch of salt

For other condiments:
Fried fish cake
Fried tofu
Hard-boiled eggs
Pock Choi
Fresh Bean sprouts
Rice noodles
Laksa leaves or Daun kesum or Vietnamese mint
