A WATER POWERED CAR IN 1974

It seems that several inventors were building water powered vehicles in the 1970s. This video features one that was built in Europe in 1974. The inventor converted his gasoline powered Citroen car into a water powered car which converted the water to hydrogen. The "fuel economy" in hydrogen powered vehicles is phenomenal, and they emit ZERO pollutants. The "exhaust" is steam.
Since this video is brief, the inventor's name is not disclosed, nor is it disclosed what became of the inventor and his water powered car. One can only suspect that he met the same fate as the American inventors who also built water powered vehicles in the 1970s. The powers that be do not appreciate competition.
